ISO 27001: 2013 Lead Auditor V/ILT (Exemplar Global Certified)

This is an intense 4-day course that provides students everything they need to know to understand the ISO 27001 requirements, implement the management system, participate in internal audits and Lead internal and external Audits. It begins by confirming some building block definitions for Confidentiality-Integrity-Availability (CIA). Students will become very familiar with the documentation requirements and progress to advanced topics such as the Statement of Applicability (SoA) and the Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment processes. We will spend a full day understanding and implementing ALL 114 cyber controls discussed in Annex A. Students will become comfortable interpreting the standard, applying their knowledge in a Case Study, and passing a daily 25 point online exam. This course is highly interactive and the focus is on assuring students have all the proper skills to go back to their company and understand, implement and audit the ISO 27001: 2013 information security standard. This course is worth 3.2 CEU’s and is an excellent course to take to maintain professional certifications when seeking PDU’s or CEU’s.
