ISO 22301: 2019 Lead Auditor (Exemplar Global Certified)

The importance of Business Continuity Management Systems has been at the forefront of many business owners thoughts and was recently updated just updated prior to the global pandemic. This is an intense 4 day course that provides students everything they need to know to understand the ISO 22301 requirements, implement the management system, integrate with other related standards, participate in internal audits and Lead internal and external audits. It introduces the student to three essential layers of recovery. First, is the Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Second is the Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPoD). Lastly, is the Recovery Point Objective (RPO). We introduce students how to conduct a business impact analysis (BIA) to justify your results. We will also introduce you to some management tools that simplify this process. We will spend a full day understanding and another full day implementing. Students will become comfortable interpreting the standard, applying their knowledge in a Case Study and passing a daily 25 point online exam. This course is highly interactive and the focus is on assuring students have all the proper skills to go back to their company and understand, implement and audit the ISO 22301: 2019 business continuity management system standard. As ISO 27001 required implementers to implement a small fraction of this concept called information security continuity management, we will expand the concept to a while business. This course is worth 3.2 CEU’s and is an excellent course to take to maintain professional certifications when seeking PDU’s or CEU’s.
